since we all are devoted followers and fans of  clint eastwood i am sure after watching his films and after seeing him on screen and otherwise,i am sure most of us try and imitate mr eastwoods in our daily lives, to be honst i do that it happens that i react in aparticular way where i feel that eastwood would have reacted, let us be honst and pin down our experiences

Well to be perfectly honst ;), I'd have to say it's the other way around for me...The reason I related to Eastwood when I first became familiar with his work is because sometimes he would react in situations and I would think "Hey, that reminds me of me"
Wow that sounded pretentious ;), what I meant to say was that I can easily relate to the dry sense of humor and things like that.

So no, to be honest, I dont try to imitate Clint.
I dont try to imitate anybody.

But I guess the things we watch/listen to do influence us somehow.

...What would Clint do?

The man empowers me , for that time he's on screen.

But To be Clint in life would be like being God , impossible for a mear mortal .

Using an Eastwood reposte just plain wouldn't work in my conformist existance. Be totally out of context .

We can pretend but arn't we fooling ourselves by doing that , let';s keep his image up there , not down here.

I believe Robert De Niro's character of Travis Bickle said "Are you talking to me?" in Martin Scorsese's Taxi Driver. I don't remember Clint saying it, although he might have.

I may be wrong.
I think he had a big gun though. I might get a bit mixed.

Why 71 is this a refrence to an age or a year you are born.

Well Travis Bickle used a Magnum .44 as well in Taxi Driver when he was looking at the mirror and saying that famous line.

Here's some photos: (Photo #1 is a poster, and photo #2 is a movie still.)

No, it's not Clint Eastwood, it is Robert De Niro as his character Travis Bickle from Taxi Driver, and what mistake are you talking about?

The one photo where it says "Are you talking to me?", is that what you mean? That was done on purpose. That photo is actually a poster and the words were printed on it.

Well you'll have to tell me, becuase I don't see anything wrong. If it's the fact he's not holding a gun in the one picture, he did that in the movie. If it's the fact he has a strap across his chest, he did that in the movie to conceal another gun.

So I'm not seeing a mistake.
