Sorry Philo even with the film I still have no idea. I remember hearing it, but I don't remember when or in what context and I don't even have the Rookie to watch and reference. Sorry pal.

The irony of course is that he does get killed a couple of minutes later during the bust...

Wow, who'd've guessed that quote (slightly different) was in more than one Eastwood film.

The one I quoted is the way it was said in the film, word for word.  Is a hint needed, or should I leave it open a little longer?
