Nahhhh, go on Jed..Take it.... ;D

Sudden Impact, in the bar.  Ray Parkins is trying to pick up Callahan.

Ray: Buy me a drink?
Callahan:  Not today.
Ray: Come on sailor, there must be a question you wanna ask me.  Go on, you might get lucky.
Callahan:  Only with humans.

That's strictly from memory, so the wording may be a little off.

I'll narrow it down; it's from the 1970's.  ;)
....somethin' tells me I'll have to provide more clues....

I have a feeling it might be from Kelly's Heroes though I can't recall the scene...  Of course I might be wayyy off too.

You got it Chessie.  Joe's trying to talk his men out of going with Kelly after the gold, and that was Kelly's response.

You're up!  ;D

Cool beans!  What a guess!
Could you elaborate further on the scene, Chessie, before we continue with another quote?

Much thanks,

Jed ;D

yeah sure Jed, its the scene where Ben and Elizabeth are getting married and Ben is totally drunk and the priest-like person asks Ben if he wants to marry Elizabeth and theres no response so Pardner goes "Oh he does" then when Elizabeth gets asked the same question and Parder goes "She Does".  It's quite fun, I'm glad someone finally got it.   ;D

Thanks, Chessie.

Would anybody else like to come up with a quote?  If there isn't one here by Wednesday when I return, I'll have a new one.

That's Thunderbolt to Goody in Thunderbolt and Lightfoot when Goody holds the gun on Thunderbolt as he and Red are fighting.

Well, I had an edge... Thunderbolt and Lightfoot is our next film discussion, so I've just recently watched it. (In case anyone's wondering, the next discussion IS coming...  just a little slow as it's been baseball season, I've been away, sick and ..... lazy. :-\  mgk's been working hard on it though, so it'll be coming soon. :) )

Here's the next Eastwood quote:

Quote
They'll stop just about anyone.
