No.

Harry only tends to use his catchphrases in one film each - although he may say them more than once in that film.  (The exception is the partial reprise of the "Do you feel lucky" speech at the start of Magnum Force)

The rather unfortunate and forced line in The Dead Pool is:
Quote
You're $#!t outa luck!
:o

Not a classic. ::)

I quite like that line even if it is forced.  You could say the 'punk' line was also forced.

Not forced, BD.  Slightly contrived I guess - a forerunner of Samuel L Jacksons speachifying gangster in Pulp Fiction.

But the Dirty Harry line is original.

You could tell the writers were looking for another when they came up with Make my day.  But that was another classic, so what the hey!

But the Dead Pool line is just a little weary.

Contrived is a far better word.  Ok, yes, it was a weary line but so were the DH films by then.  In itself it was no lesser than 'Punk'.
