"The Moment of Truth" - an Italian film from 1965 by director Francesco Rosi about a famous bullfighter.  Just bought it yesterday and  haven't had a chance to watch it yet!

I mentioned elsewhere I'd already had both seasons of The Monkees in my Netflix queue when Davy Jones died.  So now I look and see "very long wait" next to the title, as I presume a bunch of people added it to their queues, and so I went ahead and bought both seasons from Amazon.  I don't mind actually.  It'll take up to two months to receive Season Two, but I know myself and I'm sure I'll watch the first season in a marathon and will probably need a couple weeks to recover from being Monkeed out.

Funny how a lot of these shows we watched as kids only lasted a couple of seasons or a bit longer. The Monkees, Batman etc. You'd think they lasted 9-10 seasons they were on so much.

I know what you mean.  Of course there were more episodes per season back in the 50s and 60s than what you get in a television season today.  I think there were 32 episodes in The Monkees first season.

I wasn't able to pass up this 2-disc version of The Silence of the Lambs. I already had a special edition of it, but liked the look of some of the additional extras on this version.

Silence of the Lambs was a great movie, but too sad for me to want to own...
