This is a labor of love for my friend, bdc28, who started what was to eventually be the LONGEST thread of all time. Well, it got to 17 pages before it had to end. Or DID it have to end??? With a little cooperation from everyone, I will reconstruct the original ENDLESS, POINTLESS thread post by post. It will probably take a few days, so I ask that no one posts in this thread UNTIL it's up to date. I will probably lock it each night until I can return to it the next day. But, we NEED this thread... we can't just start completely from scratch. It MUST continue. THE ENDLESS, POINTLESS THREAD MUST GO ON!!!!!!!! Stay tuned... and sometime in the next few days, you will once again be able to add your nothing thoughts to this thread.

Originally posted by Matt, 06-28-2001 03:37 PMConan, you're still young. I've got nine years on you and I'm still single. It does start to get a little.... discomforting. But, then again, nearly all of my friends who married young have already divorced and are on, or heading toward, a second marriage. So maybe we're not doing so badly after all. Now, I don't want the 'gory' or even the 'non-gory' details of this date. Just let us know if it works out. She's already got one good thing in her corner... she's an Eastwood fan. And if you had a great phone conversation with her, that says more than just about anything. Good luck!
