One thing I've always been curious about.   ???

Here in Australia when we get Chinese take out meals,we get them in little round plastic containers.Whenever you see a film or TV show from the States,they have their's in little cardboard boxes.How do you stop the sweet and sour sauce from seeping through the cardboard?

Kid - the sweet & sour sauce usually comes in separate packets like the soy sauce. But as far as other menu items that come with sauce, the cartons are contstructed in a way that keeps it from leaking. Here's a site that kinda shows how they're made. You can build you own, start a new business in Australia and make a million!  ;)

In Canada we get our Chinese food in Aluminum tins with cardboard lids, looks like a pie container.  I have never seen the square containers here!

Then I would question if it's authentic Chinese food!  Everybody knows Chinese use the white cardboard boxes!  ;)  :D

The paper containers are great because you can microwave them without having to transfer the food. A lot of places have a metal handle on the cardboard box that needed to be removed before nuking, but my favorite place did away with that.

Did everyone, who is affected by Daylight Savings Time, remember to change their clocks ahead? I know a few people at work were about an hour late today. And of course we need to manually change the board time as well. Now I have to wait until 1am EST for Schofield Kid to post the new survivor list.

Yeah - Stupid time change, I wish we'd just stay, and not change at all!   There is a community up north here that do just that, they don't ever change their clocks. But I guess it's back to going to work in the dark and going home in the dark!!
