Those last four were meant just as a joke.  They can be thrown together in a few minutes. Most of the better software DVD players (such as WinDVD) can record and save short clips from movies. They are then edited/trimmed & shrunk (to 65x65 pixels) with any available program (in this case ImageReady - a program I rarely use, which came packaged with Photoshop). But you can take regular photos and 'morph' them, such as the one below, but those take can take longer to make, depending. The trick is to make them the smallest file size possible, as everyone doesn't have broadband.
