  What the heck is this special "piracy prevention cable"?  Crap like that will result in consumer purchase prevention.  On the bright side, I'm in no hurry for either format.

Yep,

I won't be jumping into this as quickly as I jumped into DVD.

What a sad waste of money for all those early adaptors who jumped into  Digital TV's  !

Something to do with having to plug your player into the computer or the internet before you can play the disk I think.
