I'm a bit disappointed with the 20 Blu-ray release as, apart from the new documentary, I have all of the movies already. Was hoping they would include some other Clint movies from Warner. Hey JSE, I could be wrong, but I believe the newest "40" set does include all of Clint's films with Warner Bros. I think that was the original concept with the 35/35 set and now that a few years have passed and he's released a few more, they want to capitalize on that with this new set. If it's at all possible, it'd be great to have the rest of Eastwood's films in another set or even two. As an Elvis fan, to collect all of his movies it took 3 different sets and 2 individual dvds to complete the collection. There were 2 75th anniversary sets that included all but 10 of his films, 8 of which I found on another set. I have the 35/35 Eastwood set on dvd so I'm in no hurry to get the new one. Somewhere down the line I may get the upgraded Blu-ray edition but I'll wait for more output which would warrant expanded editions. In the meantime, I'm holding out hope a set or 2 will come out to include the remainder of Eastwood's movies.

" West Point " 1950s TV series on DVD. " Before they became movie stars, young Clint Eastwood and Steve McQueen appeared on “West Point,” a 1950s TV series making its DVD debut this week. " http://www.deseretnews.com/article/865574634/Forgotten-series-from-the1950s-leads-TV-shows-debuting-on-DVD.html “West Point: The Television Series” (Timeless, 1956-57, b/w, four discs, $29.93, 39 episodes). Here’s a vintage television program with which I was completely unfamiliar, relating true stories of cadet experiences in and around the military academy of the title with a different cast each week.
The show ran for just one season at a time when anthologies were as common as reality shows are today. With location filming at West Point and well-written episodes starring competent actors, these remain enjoyable half-hour dramas.
Among the guest stars are Clint Eastwood, Steve McQueen, Barbara Eden, Robert Vaughn, Martin Milner, and as recurring characters, Leonard Nimoy and Chuck Connors. Future “Star Trek” creator Gene Roddenberry wrote nine episodes.
