It's the from the latest "double issue" of Empire. One cover has Batman on the front and the other cover has The Joker and has been "Jokerized" with all images and text being edited like above.

Here's the grab from the Batman issue:

I flicked through the Joker one and it didn't appear to have been "Jokerised". Is it a limited edition thing?

If you are in the UK Perry it's available at WH Smith, bought mine yesterday.

The article is ok, nothing new really, a decent critical retrospective.

LP

ps for any fans of There Will Be Blood, the back page has a final scene article covering the magnificent "I drink your milkshake" dialogue.

pps. Empire are giving away a Clint dvd box set if you subscribe to the magazine

The U.K. film magazines generally turn up in the U.S. three or four weeks after they go on sale in the U.K.

Nah I don't think it is, LP ... Brendan posted a pic, and that looks like something Empire would do.

ETA: no, it's not a gag --> Joker OR Batman?

I got the latest Empire magazine and it did included pretty good interview of Eastwood but he was not as a Joker in any of the pictures...but there was a good article about the upcoming Batman.

Anyway Eastwood`s interview did not include anything really new but still it`s always nice to read about him.
