Better you than me, Speer. Why on Earth would you put yourself through that torture a second time?  ;D

You are right. The answer is: I don't know why. It was free on TV and so... I fell into that trap.  :-\ ;D

Wow, that’s a tough one, Gant.  I’ll have to give it some thought.  I’m still surprised I’m loving this film so much.  But, it’s a pleasant surprise.

I was going through some DVDs in my closet and saw my Firefox DVD. Might have to watch it sometime.

Hi Gant, I’d say my favorite scene is where Gant (er, ah... the other Gant, that is 😉) steals the Firefox.  It’s a pivotal moment in the film, where the efforts of all involved have paid off.  While he’s only just gone airborne and has yet to successfully complete the mission, seeing the expression on Colonel Kontarsky’s face as Gant takes off is priceless.

You dont talk much about The Witches do you? I never had much interest but a friend ordered the blu-ray and I got curious. I saw the parts Clint appears and they got me rolling on the floor laughing ;D That lady got a handsome but walking-dead hubby ;D He has a great comic timing, I so would like have seen him to do more stuff like this :D

Pasolini isnt the one the directed Salo? Yikes, one of the most disturbing movies I've seen.
I didnt know where to post this so as I saw the parts Clint shows up this is the last movie I watched. ;)

I recently watched...ahem, a fistful of Eastwood movies, including the Dirty Harry series and The Man With No Name trilogy. Also, The Eiger Sanction, Two Mules For Sister Sara, The Beguiled, Play Misty For Me, Escape From Alcatraz, Pale Rider and Firefox.  👍🏻

Sat and watched the trilogy on Saturday...Fistful of Dollars, For A Few Dollars More, and The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly. That was a pretty good day.

Watched The Eiger Sanction. Still too slooooow and a bore. Brenda Venus basically is the only reason I stayed with it.

Watched Kelly's Heroes again..... Still an enjoyable movie...Found this on the Internet. Not sure anyone ever seen this or this will come out, but very funny with Rickles doing his stuff off screen on the KH set. I don't think anyone in this website has ever seen Eastwood fall over in laughter.....

ABC13 film from press junket in 1968 on the set of Kelly's Heroes

Sudden Impact

This is quite a nostalgic film for me.. I saw it on release in Leicester Square when I was living in central London.
Id seen the trailer with a screening of Videodrome..

I?ve probably seen this movie a few times over the years but not for quite a while..  It doesn?t really feel like it gets
going till Harry reaches St Paula but I enjoyed watching it again.. There felt like a lot more of a Hitchcock influence
than Id remembered in some scenes and in the score? also liked the theme song sung by Roberta Fkack.. very Bond(ish) :)

Maybe a bit controversial but I think Sondra Locke is great in this? ice cold.
