I was just wondering, are there any well-known Clint look-alikes?

Hi Lilly ,

There were two in the UK that made one of the big newspapers here a few years ago . If I can find the article I will add more details .

Hi Philo,
Thanks for that.  I just found this web site about a guy who earns money from selling himself as a Clint look-alike, but I don't think he looks that much like the real man.  If he wasn't dressed up I don't think you would notice the resemblance.  Some of the photos look down right awful in my opinion.

Besides, who could be as handsome as the real Clint?  ;)

Hi Lilly  ,

I see you are in the UK . The guys I am talking about both claimed to be the best look-alike , and their struggle to be the best made one of the big papers such as the Times or maybe the Guardian .

I do have it somewhere .

You're right, Lilly, that guy doesn't look too much like Clint at all. In one of the pictures, the guy looks more like Alan Alda. Or is he supposed to in that one???

I know it's been said before but the most convincing lookalike I have seen was Toby Stephens who played the young Frank Corvin in Space Cowboys.

Still, he kinda looks like Jack in that one. A bit.

Its amazing though, how some of these look alikes dont actaully look like the person there supposed to look like, but how they end up looking like someone else.

You should check this guy out: http://www-rohan.sdsu.edu/~renglish/lookalike/

Its kinda funny.

I worked with a guy over the summer who looked a little like Clint. He was in his 50's. I never told him that though, because he didn't seem like the biggest Eastwood fan to me.

I don't think he looks like Clint at all either! Maybe it's just not a very good photo.

No, it doesn't. Looks like they turned the heat up a little too high in that building.

Maybe the 'sculpter' got fired before completing it (because it looked so bad), and left his sculpting blade still stuck in it.

Now these two below don't look so bad, especially the top one - although he looks like a 90s Unforgiven Eastwood sporting a MWNN poncho, and that oversized hat looks like a pimp's hat):

Now this guy is really bad:

Looks more like Dirty Costner than anything....

I was watching the Meverick episode on my new Unforgiven dvd and was struck by how much a very young and lean Eastwood looks like Jude Law.
