I hope Stormy is waving that weather wand of his and keep this good weather going for Sunday. I can't believe the change from yesterday to today.

Thought of the day.

Ever wondered what they put in bug spray? I mean a cockroach can survive a nuclear blast but a quick squirt of bug spray stops them in their tracks in seconds. Kinda scary if you think about it. :o

Quote
ONE of the two critically endangered Sumatran orangutans recently welcomed to Perth Zoo's acclaimed breeding colony is already proving at hit with crowds. Male infant Sungai, who was born on December 30, was on display for the first time yesterday. Sungai and Lestari (female) - born just over a week later, recently - became the 29th Sumatran orangutans born at Perth Zoo as part of its regional breeding program.

Somebody actually complimented me on my driving today.

They left a little note on the windscreen which said, "Parking: Fine"

So that was nice.   :D

That's cool, its always very nice receiving a compliment.  Most people only take the time to complain about something like if somethings wrong or not right and there usually very upset about it.  So its rare these days to receive compliments from people but it can sure make your day when you do receive a compliment.  If you've had a day filled with gripes and complaints that one compliment can really make your day. I hope that "compliment" wasn't terribly costly, though! :D

Nice of the traffic warden to notice your parking was fine while he wrote out another sort of "fine" for you. What did you do? Park for too long or on the wrong sort of lines?  Hope it wasn't too steep a fine.
