Here's a list of some of my favorite westerns off the top of my head and in no particular order:

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Unforgiven
The Great Silence
Companeros
The Outlaw Josey Wales
The Wild Bunch
Once Upon a Time in the West
Four of the Apocalypse
Keoma
Mannaja: A Man Called Blade

I may be a little spaghetti heavy. ;)

Not at all Christopher! I'm a pretty big spaghetti western fan myself. A few of those films you listed are fantastic. Are you on the Leone Forums as well?
