Thanks, Lin. Well, reality has set in and back to work today. I'm not complaining because we got to leave nice and early Wednesday due to Thanksgiving holiday. Although, the day didn't start out all that great because not long after arrival to work, the fire alarm set off and we all had to wait outside in the rain...and it was windy! My jeans got quite soaked! As we were waiting I noticed a parking spot opened up closer to the entrance so I took advantage. Then again, it was the work-day that didn't have a very good start, but the day in general for me had a great beginning because my son gave me a homemade birthday card that just made my day! I have it proudly displayed at work.
I truly hope everybody enjoyed Thanksgiving with family and friends. The older I get, the more I appreciate this holiday, especially now that I have two kids to share it with every year.
